By registering, you indicate your agreement to the following:

I fully understand and agree that, upon request by the Organiser, I shall provide my identity document for the purpose of verifying my personal information for ticket collection.

I fully understand and agree that the collection of my personal data by the Organiser is based on my voluntary application for the service provided by the Organiser. I agree that the data may be accessed by staff who have a need to know such information for the purpose of promoting the event or managing the event, so as to assist me in obtaining the service provided by the Organiser.

I understand that it is voluntary to provide my personal data to the Organiser. If I do not provide sufficient personal data, the Organiser may not be able to process my service request. If the service is delayed due to insufficient data, I shall be responsible for any consequences arising therefrom.

The organiser reserves the right to retain, postpone or cancel the ticket distribution, including but not limited to the following reasons:

1. Adverse weather conditions.

2. Force majeure, i.e. any event beyond the control of the Organiser which renders it impossible, unsafe or impractical to hold the event.

Ticket registration is on a first-come, first-served basis (priority will be given to residents of Tsuen Wan District). Registration will be closed when the quota is full, without further notice.

Successful registrants will receive a confirmation SMS. Please present the SMS at the designated date and time for ticket collection.

Repeated applications will be automatically cancelled. The organiser reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.
